The truth is
Obvious
The truth is
True
The truth may well come out
But lies will do too

The truth is
Confusing
The truth can be
Tough
To stick to the truth
Can make seas awful rough

I try to be
Truthful
To say what I
Mean
But truth can be cruel
Unfair and obscene

I just do my
Best
And if you try that
Too
We may just get closest
To something like true
