Unusual presents
Shock him, surprise her
Make up new carols
Punk, reggae and goth
Sing them all loudly
Forget how to stop
Refuse to eat turkey
Boycott the sprouts
It's new improved Xmas
All the sprouts taken out
Write your own queen's speech
And send it to Lizzie
She'll never read it
She's far too busy
But you'll be making
A big contribution
Don't just ask questions
Offer solutions
Suggest that Santa
Be PM for a day
Children would love it
The kingdom of play
Who's paying for the giving?
The MPs would call
You are, says Santa
And I'm proud of you all
Because Xmas is different
And things can be changed
Traditions all altered
Noel rearranged
Enjoy the good season
But have it your way
We don't all require
The same Xmas day
