So old-school English, tiresomely so
To go and choose the understated
So stiff and upper, so we know best
So everything I've always hated
I go more for direct action
'You want a shag, just say so' girls
Found being English weird, ill-fitting
Preferred the ways of other worlds
Where meaning isn't always gift-wrapped
Where people can mean what they say
Where understated isn't better
Where between the eyes can be OK
